It's illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It's also illegal for you to buy alcohol if you're under the age of 18, even if you're buying it as a gift for someone else.
If you are under the age of 18, it's illegal for you to falsely declare your age, in order to buy alcohol from us. In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 this is an offence liable on conviction to a fine of up to $2,000. Some things we just have to wait for – if you're under 18 you're not allowed to buy alcohol products from us.
By submitting an order that includes alcohol products with us, you are agreeing to our Trading Terms and you’re confirming that you AND the recipient are over the age of 18.
So pursuant to the Sale & Supply of Liquor Act 2012, Flowers After Hours (the Licensee, also known as Flowers After Hours) is authorised to sell alcohol from (but not on) our premises, situated at 523 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland, and deliver it to another address.
